I'm very happy to report an excellent result. I am still working on correcting muscle imbalance, improving abduction/extension range and general strengthening, but the old pain has gone! I am driving and playing my flute without any of the previous pain and have started cycling short distances again. After so many years of increasingly disabling pain, I cannot tell you what a relief it is to be getting my life back. Many, many thanks!

Mr Shyamalan is a very attentive and caring man who is clearly knowledgeable and able to carry out the care needed to resolve my issues. Put me at ease and was informative with regards to the expectation and outcome of the operation.

Mr Shyamalan did a wonderful job of ensuring that the procedure was as free from pain as possible - while also taking the time & trouble to keep me calm. The net effect was that I had virtually no discomfort whatsoever while the joint was being injected - and for that I am eternally grateful.

Cubital tunnel release (elbow procedure) - I saw Mr Shyamalan after noticing numbness in my left hand and no muscle power. Thank you for the surgery on my hand, which has transformed my hand function. Prior to surgery 13 days ago, I was woken at night with severe paresthesia, which following the decompression has completely disappeared. My consultant was ready to see me on time which is unheard of for the NHS. If I could afford to go private for each treatment needed at hospital based on this visit I would. Fantastic service.
