The healthcare centre is located within walking distance of the Harrow Town Centre with an effective and pleasant practice booking system, (unlike NHS GP services, no overpriced 0845 number, same day appointments available even if you are not in danger of imminent death). The Clinic waiting space is small but sufficient and never seems full, probably because the booking system is efficient. Several GP's practice there, as well as other pracitioners. Approach is professional, but don't expect Dr House, they can deal with routine matters quickly, but they are not clever problem solvers. Pricing is not the cheapest for London ie, its more expensive than walk-in centres like Medicentre, however there are no competitors to it in Harrow and you get continuity, so not unreasonable.
