This team of audiologists are not only professional, extremely knowledgeable and competent specialists, they are also ones of the most caring healthcare professionals I have ever met. They helped me choose the most appropriate hearing aids to suit my very specific needs, not the most expensive ones. They listened to me and keep tweaking accordingly. They took me me every step of the way helping me adjust to the newly re-discovered sounds, helped with a communication programme, thanks to them I again enjoy working with my patients, and am much more confident at work and social situations, ad reclaimed my social life. They also helped to arrange financing, so I didn't need to worry about that. One person waited for me well after the closing time so I could get there without stressing (i have mobility problem). Most importantly, the entire team from the receptionists to the audiologists are genuinely caring and treated me with utmost respect, not because I was a paying customer, but because they clearly believe everyone deserves to be treated right. I cannot recommend this service highly enough. Best care ever!

I am grateful to Cubex for making me aware of the importance of understanding my environment fully, and for exposing me to the means to a much better hearing experience. Wearing hearing aids is not an issue anymore. I love my hearing aids because they've improved the quality of my life with family and friends relationships, work, college and going out.
I highly recommend Cubex service because they do really listen to and care about their patients in the minimum details. I also think that their medical equipment is highly technological and fast. I also am very happy to receive regular up to date newsletters regarding hearing loss.

Cubex has provided my hearing aids for over 10 years. I have found them to be completely professional and very attuned to my needs as a client. They present solutions for my particular hearing problem with the latest technology available. I never fell rushed or feel like they are just pushing a product, but that they truly want to understand all the aspects of my hearing issues. Dealing with a hearing loss is difficult, so I appreciate the care and understanding they offer, and I always leave their pleasant office with improved hearing. As my hearing deteriorates, I have worried that I will become less able to interact with normal hearing people, but Cubex always seems to have a solution to keep me actively hearing and engaged!

I used to have collections of both analog and later digital hearing instruments, however, none of them were satisfactory to me, they went out tune all the time, and weren't comfortable enough. These new Oticon hearing aids made a whole revolution for me, I and stopped sliding me from getting into social isolation causing by lack of ability to be in noisy enviroments. And the devices just work perfectly, gently combining natural sound with digital help in those frequency I lack in my hearing, many thanks to Cubex for an excellent and caring service as well without which all this revolution would be simply impossible!

I was introduced to Cubex via a friend and met Adam Shulberg for the first time last year. Prior to my visit I had worn a very good NHS hearing aid (and had had excellent service from the NHS) but felt I wanted something smaller. My hobby is singing and I had heard that Cubex would be able to help find a suitable solution to help me hear, particularly music, more clearly.

I would liken my visits to Cubex as "having a major life saving operation," as now wearing two hearing aids has completely revolutionised my life. Right from my first visit to see Adam (Shulberg) I was made to feel totally at ease as soon as I entered the premises. The receptionist gave me an excellent welcome (and I was introduced to a lovely tasty Smoothie drink). Adam spent over two hours at my first visit obtaining my past history and deciding what would be the best solution for me. He told me he thought he would really be able to help me and he certainly has. Adam worked alongside me and at my two visits, between us, we have changed my life around completely.

I have now had the aids for a year and realise how much of life I must have missed over the years and only wish I had visited Cubex much sooner. I feel much more confident now in all I do and particularly with my hobby singing, more knowledgeable about things in general because I now hear everything, and feel I fit into society much better. My family are also exceptionally pleased that I now hear so well and am very happy with my new life.

I owe an enormous amount to Adam and to Cubex for all the help I have received so far - I cannot thank all the staff there enough and particularly Adam.

I would recommend to anyone with hearing loss to definitely give Cubex a visit.

When I came to visit Cubex I had been living with hearing loss for 36 years and accepted that I would always be hard of hearing. What I didn't realise that I could improve my hearing and I would be able to wear aids so small that no one would notice. As you can imagine I was quite hesitant about coming to see Adam at Cubex as I was sure that there was thing he could do for me, however I couldn't have been more wrong. Having made me feel at ease Adam explained the options that were available for my condition, a hearing test had established that I would benefit from aids, something I thought would never be possible. I wasn't entirely sure that I would feel so comfortable wearing hearing aids as I had never worn them before. But technology has come on so much and aids that I remember my grandfather wearing with a battery pack the size of a box of matches were a thing of the past. My aids were so lightweight that I can hardly feel them in my ears, but the effect of that they have on my hearing is quite remarkable, I can pick up so many sounds that I missed before. My quality of life has improved so much. Without Cubex help and guidance, skill and compassion I don't know where I would be. Hearing loss can make you look like an rude and arrogant person, you miss conversations, you ignore people who talk to you and you are oblivious sometimes to what is happening around you. Cubex has helped me feel part of things.

I have been to several hearing specialists plus the NHS and I have bought costly, but good equipment - but it was not until I came to Cubex that I found someone who understood how it all worked (I use FM signals and computers as well as hearing aids).
Cubex adjusted the setup and took the time to get everything aligned together.
