I had a tummy tuck two years ago at Methley Hospital. I was delighted with the care that I received and the way in which the surgery went. The aftercare was excellent. It was nice to go private and get the quality of care that I expected. I would recommend anyone to go to Methley and in particular I would recommend my surgeon for his compassion and understanding, Mr Majumder.

I had a full abdominoplasty, and Liposuction at this hospital and could not fault the care. Main point was they listened to me when I told them I am always very sick for days after general anaesthesia. I was given tailor made anaesthesia and for the first time ever was not sick at all. The operation is a very painful one, this was pointed out to me beforehand by my surgeon, and my only criticism would be that the nursing staff did not seem aware just how painful it is to move in certain directions afterwards.I was very pleased with the results and it was worth the pain ( which can last a few weeks ) Before the surgery I had hideous stretch marks and a large doughy abdomen, which I had hidden from the world for 40 years. I came out with most of the marks gone and the skin nice and taught - still can't believe it after two years.
