I met Jan over 12 years ago for my first round of seasons as the fear of one day needing a blood test or something similar was keeping me up at night for a long time. After a small health scare i decided i needed to do something about it so I booked a few appointments with Jan. After my treatment (can't remember how many sessions) I went and donated blood which was an impossible task at the beginning but I needed to prove it worked and it really did. In 2014, when I was pregnant I had a bad experience with a midwife and went back to see Jan for 2 'top up sessions' which were invaluable and helped me cope with all the tests etc you have to endure with pregnancy. Now I am pregnant again and there hasn't been a single problem with me going to appointments and actually I enjoy the fact that i can go without fear or worry in the slightest!



Jan is an approachable friendly, sympathetic and good humoured person who has quite literally changed my life as without her help in the beginning I'm not sure having children would have been something I was mentally prepared to do.
