Dr Mehtan Ahmed graduated from Imperial College London in 2010 with distinctions in Medicine and Surgery, as well as a first-class honours BSc in Gastroenterology and Hepatology. He undertook his postgraduate training within the North Central and North West London deaneries, where he developed an early interest in endoscopy while working at the renowned Wolfson Unit for Endoscopy at St Mark’s Hospital.
