Mr Nigel Borley is a Consultant Urological Surgeon based at Practice Plus Group Hospital, Southampton.
Mr Borley undertook his medical studies at Southampton Medical School, where he also served as President of the Medical Society. He began his clinical career as a junior doctor at Southampton General Hospital, which included a placement in Accident & Emergency. His registrar-level training took place across London and the South East, with posts at notable institutions including The Royal Marsden Hospital, Great Ormond Street Hospital, The Institute of Urology and St George’s Hospital Medical School.
Prior to joining Practice Plus Group, Mr Borley held Consultant Urologist posts at Guy’s Hospital, The Royal Marsden Hospital and Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. While at Chelsea and Westminster, he served as an urologist to The Royal Hospital Chelsea and was part of the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) at The National Centre for HIV and Hepatitis Fertility Treatment. He also had a private practice at The Lister Hospital before choosing to relocate away from the congested environment of central London.
Mr Borley has a particular interest in andrology (male genital surgery and male infertility) and the psychosexual causes and management of sexual dysfunction. He has been part of the Andrology Team at University Hospital Southampton.
