Mr Nick Edmeades is a Consultant Ophthalmologist and Clinical Partner at Newmedica, one of the UK’s leading providers of specialist eyecare.
Mr Edmeades provides treatment and management for a range of general eye diseases, with sub-specialty expertise in age-related macular degeneration (AMD), retinal vein occlusion, diabetic eye disease, serous chorioretinopathy and uveitis, including the provision of intra-vitreal therapy, laser procedures and micro-incisional ocular surgery. Following his medical training and a degree in Cognitive Neuroscience, Mr Edmeades undertook his specialist ophthalmic surgical training in South West England. He completed his training with a fellowship in retinal disease, uveitis and genetic eye conditions at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London.
