From start to finish , the care and attention from staff has been excellent , thorough with all correspondence, even when the doctor that was due to carry out my procedure caught covid , another doctor was brought in to take over , no delays . The actual procedure was quick and painless , , the after care was there if I needed it , ( but I didn’t ) ,my check up was sorted with In The 6 week time slot ,

The outcome I wanted (vein taken out ,no cramps and visibly better ), I got . There was no pressure to pay all the bill up front , or all at once which was refreshing for a change , overall I am impressed with this practise and will be using this team again , thank you x

The clinic is pristine and my welcome was warm.

Julie, the nurse and Dr Diwakar were really friendly and professional. It was a real pleasure chatting to them as my treatment was performed. It provided a great distraction. I even got a badge afterwards to say how brave I’d been ????

Aftercare was explained thoroughly and I felt no concerns in the weeks afterwards as I knew what to expect.

I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone who has and wants to get rid of their varicose veins.
