On stepping into clinic, the staff involved in my treatment were amazing. Receptionist was helpful, nurse put me at my ease with explanation of everything that was involved, and doctor was amzing with the treatment that i had. My legs are soooo much better and i had i known of it, would have had this treatment years ago.

I went in January for my first treatment, I felt very relaxed by the care I was given. Veins already looked better 5weeks after and then I had my follow up appointment where I had more sclerotherapy. I’ve got 5 more days till I can take the stockings of so looking forward to the result and having smooth great legs again.

I went to the Vein Centre in Cardiff to see if I could have treatment for varicose veins. I was so impressed with the clinic from the start and the consultant was knowledgeable and took me through all the options. I was really impressed by him and the team, and felt in safe hands. Treatment was a breeze despite me having significant varicose veins to treat. I am so impressed by the clinal staff. Recovery was hard but worth it, pain was quite excessive at times, but the results were incredible - I have the confidence to wear shorts again after many years of hiding my legs. Highly recommended to anyone, and the cost is not excessive.

Lovely clinic , all staff were extremely friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped into the Building.

Dr Regi explained the treatment that I would receive and made me feel completely at ease .

I had the EVLA treatment and Foam Sclerotherapy six weeks later .

I can see the difference in the veins , but understand it does take a while for the Veins to totally disappear .

I would definitely recommend this clinic

From my initial phone call to the Veincentre I felt I was dealing with a very professional organisation, that cared about what they were doing. Although I appreciate that sounds like a cliche, for me it provided reassurance that it was the correct thing to do about a condition that had caused myself discomfort and had been unsightly for many years.

All the staff I dealt with were professional and approachable. The staff at the Veincentre in Cardiff were extremely pleasant and the clinic itself is modern and very convenient. Dr Mark Regi, who conducted the procedure, was excellent and explained all aspects to my satisfaction. The supporting staff, receptionist and nurse, extended the air of professionalism with a very friendly approach.

I appreciate that the final outcome can take time to see, however the results so far are very promising and my legs now looks considerably better and so far i am not experiencing the dull ache after exercise that i have had to put up with for too many years.

I am very pleased with my experience at the Veincentre, Cardiff.

I had a See & Treat appointment at the Veincentre Cardiff on 26th June. I decided on See and Treat as the perfect option for me as I had long-term varicose veins on both legs and they were both painful and unsightly. My appointment couldn't have gone more smoothly; the clinic was professional, welcoming and Covid-safe. The consultant I saw carried out a thorough examination and scan and explained clearly all the options that were available to me. The procedure was not painful at all and excellent after-care advice was provided. I had a follow-up appointment on 7th August where my legs were scanned again and additional foam scelotherapy applied for cosmetic purposes. There was a little discomfort in the weeks following the procedure but nothing unmanageable. I am more than thrilled with the results; people have commented on how much better my legs look, the pain and throbbing has stopped and I feel confident to wear clothes that do not hide my legs for the first time in years.

I’ve previously had my varicose veins stripped under GA. The post op bruising was pretty bad and the bruises and discolouration lasted for months. The veins came back after about 7 years. If I’d known this treatment was available back then I would definitely have had EVLA done. The treatment is quick, with minimal discomfort and hardly any bruising. The second follow up treatment was equally quick and easy. The cost of getting both my legs treated is almost half of getting one stripped under GA. I’m very happy to recommend this procedure!
