Naso-pharyngeal angiofibroma is a benign but aggressive vascular tumour that develops in the back of the nasal cavity. This condition frequently affects males in their adolescent ages. The most common symptom is one-sided nasal obstruction. There may also be recurrent nose bleeding. Other symptoms include facial dysmorphism, conductive hearing loss, diplopia, eye pain and otitis media.
