The Tinnitus Clinic has been rated Good in all areas by the Care Quality Commission (CQC)

The report from the CQC describes how staff treat patients with "kindness, respect and compassion" and noted the clinic’s "culture of high-quality sustainable care".

Staff were recognised as "consistent and proactive in empowering patients and supporting them to manage their own health and maximise their independence" and for helping patients to be "involved in decisions about care and treatment".

Designed to get to the heart of patients’ experiences of care and treatment, the CQC assessed The Tinnitus Clinic in the following areas:

Is it responsive to people’s needs?
Is it well-led?

The service was described as having "a clear vision and credible strategy to deliver high-quality care and promote good outcomes for patients” and “took account of patient needs and preferences", ensuring they’re able to receive care and treatment "within an appropriate timescale".
