AXA PPP healthcare relaunch prestige plan

AXA PPP healthcare has relaunched its prestige individual private medical insurance plan Premier Plus that will now pay for “any drugs” that a client’s oncologist may wish to use. New axa medical insurance customers who take out a Premier Plus plan will be covered for any cancer drug, regardless of whether it is licensed, for as long as the oncologist wishes to give it.

The product also includes a number of other features including: a health check every two years for members who are 18 years or over; up to £1,000 for one hearing aid every two years; up to £150 a year for chiropody; up to £15 for an annual eye test; and up to £250 for prescription glasses or contact lenses every two years.

Premier Plus allows customers to use any hospital in the UK.
There is a choice of a no claims discount and/or excesses of £100, £200 or £500 to reduce costs.
