Pregnancy
Pregnancy is the development of one or more babies, known as an embryo or fetus, in a woman's uterus. It is the common name for gestation in humans. Conception can be achieved through sexual intercourse or assisted reproductive technology. Prenatal medical care is the medical and nursing care recommended for women before and during pregnancy, which aims to identify any potential problems early and hopefully help to prevent them with advice on adequate nutrition, exercise, vitamin intake etc., and to manage problems, possibly by directing the woman to appropriate specialists.
