Liver health screen

There are over one hundred types of liver disease. The liver is very resourceful and able to work well enough even when it may be damaged. This means that you may often not ‘present’ with clear symptoms, or show obvious sign of liver disease or illness. A Liver screening test is designed to look more closely and this usually consists of extensive Blood tests testing for an array for dysfunctions and diseases such as Alcohol related liver disease; Autoimmune hepatitis; Haemochromatosis; Hepatitis A, B and C; Fatty liver disease and more. A Liver Health screen often also includes a chest, heart and abdominal examination as well.
