A genetic condition is a disorder that occurs as a result of gene mutation. Common genetic conditions are Down’s syndrome, Turner’s syndrome, Klinefelter’s syndrome, Mrfan syndrome, Crouzon syndrome, hemophilia, neurofibromatosis, polycystic kidney disease, sickle cell anemia, achondroplasia, Alzheimer’s disease, albinism, amelogenesis imperfect and dwarfism. These conditions are often congenital.
