Westfield boosts bespoke cash plan

Westfield Health has improved its flexible quoting system for corporate-paid health cash plans. Westfield Mosaic now offers flexibility with 19 benefits and services to choose from, plus free integrated cover for dependent children on core benefits and a new complimentary BusinessCare benefit for employers – from just £1 per employee, per week.

For the first time, the comprehensive choice of new contemporary benefits and services includes cognitive behavioural therapy, an online personal health risk assessment, and a range of wellbeing and alternative therapies, which include reflexology, hypnotherapy and allergy/food intolerance testing.

An additional important change for companies is that employees can now upgrade their cover and choose to join a partner via direct debit at no extra cost to their employer.
