Tele-underwriting service helps customers understand special terms

Research by Cirencester Friendly has found that customers with medical conditions that require special terms to be applied to their income protection insurance are more likely to be successful in their application for insurance via a tele-interview than the traditional paper route.

So when we offer special terms the basis of the decision makes more sense to them.”
