A Liverpool hospice is holding a water aerobics marathon to raise vital funds.
St Joseph’s in Thornton, known as Jospice, will take over Crosby leisure centre on January 3 for the event. Organisers hope the water aerobathon will be popular with people who want to get in shape after Christmas. All ages can take part in one of the half-hour sessions with experienced trainers, and beginners are welcome.
Fundraiser Pat Murphy says: “This will be a great way for people to start 2008.”
It has been sponsored by Medicash, and costs £3 to enter.
