Cosmetic surgery 'solved post-pregnancy body worries'

A mother from Darlington has explained that cosmetic surgery helped her to gain a figures she could "never have achieved" through exercise alone.

Fiona Ross, a 39-year-old assistant planner, told the Daily Mail that despite losing a substantial amount of weight after giving birth, she still "hated" what was underneath her clothes.

"I had a saggy tummy that hung over the top of my jeans and for years I wore clothes to hide it," Ms Ross told the news source.

"My breasts had lost volume after pregnancy, too."

After working out as hard as she could, she took an alternative course of action and decided to have cosmetic surgery in order to achieve her desired figure.

"A tummy tuck, liposuction and breast implants instantly gave me a shape I could never have achieved pounding away on the treadmill," she explained.

While the surgery has made Ms Ross happy with her body, she noted that she is determined to maintain her looks through exercise and regularly goes to the gym.
