Are you in the wrong job for your personality

According to new research by health insurer Bupa, three out of four Britons could be doing the wrong jobs for their personality.

Are you really a zany squiggle but come across as a pushy triangle? Whether you are an introvert or extrovert, personality defines a person, but in many cases you may not be making the most of your potential - working in unsuitable jobs or taking completely the wrong career path.

The poll of over 2000 people, assessed personalities according to symbolic shapes and colours. It finds that many people could quite literally be square pegs in round holes, or triangles trying to fit the role of a squiggle.

A new fun and free personality test is available at, to allow people to discover their own shape and colour. For every person who forwards the test on to a friend, Bupa will donate 10p to Marie Curie Cancer Care.
