Ways to pay for private treatment at Horton Treatment Centre

Horton Treatment Centre welcomes patients who are medically insured or self-paying as part of its Premium Care service. NHS patients can also access treatment at the hospital via the government’s Patient Choice scheme.

Self pay

Horton Treatment Centre offers a range ways to self-pay for treatment, including All-inclusive TotalCare packages and the flexible Pay As You Go. Finance options that spread the cost of treatment into monthly payments are also available.

The full cost of a procedure is due prior to coming into hospital, payable by credit or debit card (excepting American Express), bank cheque or building society cheque. Personal cheques must be received at least 7 working days before admission.

What's included

Patients choosing to self-pay or use private health insurance to fund treatment at Horton Treatment Centre can enjoy all the benefits of Ramsay Health Care’s Premium Care service, including a choice of consultant, appointments in as little as 72 hours, private en-suite room, priority discharge and aftercare packages.

Insured patients

Horton Treatment Centre is recognised by all the major insurance companies. Insured patients are advised to gain authorisation from their insurance company prior to attending the hospital for consultation and possible diagnostic tests.
