Day case services

Blakelands Hospital provides rapid access to a range of day case services including general surgery, hernia repair, arthroscopic knee surgery, hand surgery, hip, knee and shoulder replacement, cataract surgery, glaucoma diagnostics and management, eyelid surgery, endoscopy, cosmetic breast surgery, liposuction, facial cosmetic surgery and non-surgical cosmetic treatments.

Any surgery that requires an overnight stay is carried out at Horton Treatment Centre in Banbury or Woodlands Hospital in Kettering.

Modern facilities

Blakelands Hospital is designed to provide outpatient facilities and day case treatments and surgeries. It has an x-ray department, outpatient consultation rooms, pre-assessment facilities, two operating rooms and a four-bedded recovery bay.

In line with all Ramsay Health Care's purpose built centres, all car parking spaces are close to the entrance providing same level access and wheelchairs are available on request.
