Myeloma
Myeloma is a kind of bone marrow cancer. It damages the plasma cells located in the bone marrow. The condition affects multiple areas of the body such as the vertebrae of the spine, bone structures of the pelvis, the rib cage, the skull as well as lower and upper limbs. There are no symptoms during the early stages. However, during the more advanced stage there is often persistent bone pain, weight loss, weakness and numbness, loss of bladder control and a feeling of constant thirst.
