Malaria is a tropical disease that is mainly spread by the female Anopheles mosquitoes. The parasite plasmodium causes malaria. This condition could be fatal if not treated immediately. Symptoms appear after one to two weeks with high fevers, sweats and chills, vomiting and diarrhoea, muscle cramps and headaches, Sometimes symptoms may not appear for a year or even longer.
