Laryngitis
Laryngitis is an inflammation of the larynx (voice box). This condition usually does not require treatment. There is hoarseness of the voice, loss of voice and sore throat, plus general malaise that last for a few days. The most common causes of laryngitis is a cold and may also be due to chronic smoking, alcohol intake and allergies.
