Horner's syndrome is a very rare condition that is characterized by disruption of the sympathetic nerves which are involved in the movement of the eye. This condition causes partial drooping of the eyelids, constriction of the pupils and an absence of sweating or hemifacial anhidrosis. Patients that are diagnosed with Horner's syndrome cannot open the eye on the affected side, They also suffer from facial flushing and headaches.
