Frenuloplasty
An abnormally short or sensitive frenulum of the penis can make some types of sexual activity uncomfortable or even painful. While circumcision can help this condition, frenuloplasty is a specialized technique that seeks to treat solely this condition while preserving the foreskin. After a few weeks and the incision healed, the patient will experience reduced or no pain with erections. Surgical treatment is carried out by dividing the skin across and re-suturing in a lengthwise fashion.
