This includes techniques like radiofrequency ablation (VNUS) and endovenous laser therapy (EVLT) for varicose veins; endovascular stenting to treat thoracic and abdominal aneurysms (EVAR); carotid surgery and stenting to prevent strokes and keyhole surgery and Botox injections for excessive sweating (Hyperhidrosis).

Research interests
Mr Browning has introduced and refined laser treatment for varicose veins under local anaesthetic in his local NHS hospital, making this a walk-in/walk-out service. This is equally applicable in the private sector.
Using the new minimally invasive techniques (endovenous laser and VNUS closure) you can have your varicose veins treated on an out patient basis, under local anaesthetic, for slightly more than half the price of traditional private treatment.
