Hesham Saleh - in surgery

A leading nose surgeon in Harley Street

Mr Saleh is an experienced ENT consultant specialising in conditions affecting the nose.  He also has extensive training in facial plastic surgery, becoming a Fellow of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery at Amsterdam Medical Centre in 2000.  Featured in The Times newspaper's list of Britain's top surgeons and Talter magazine as "best for nose", Mr Saleh is considered to be one of the best rhinoplasty surgeons working in the UK today, and is a respected trainer and international speaker.

Expert cosmetic rhinoplasty

For some people cosmetic nasal defects such as an overly large or misshapen nose can greatly affect self-esteem. A renowned expert in surgical techniques to reshape the nose, Mr Saleh is able to make changes such as straightening the nose, decreasing its size, altering the tip, removing bumps and, in some cases, even making the nose larger.  Surgery to the piece of cartilage and bone separating the nasal cavities (septoplasty) can be performed at the same time to correct any twisting to the nose or breathing problems.

Mr Saleh always performs cosmetic rhinoplasty with the aim of creating a well-proportioned nose that suits the facial features of the patient.

Surgery to restore the shape of the nose following trauma

The nose is a very common site for facial injuries, and it is important that fractured nasal bones are repositioned within 14 days following trauma to correctly restore the shape of the nose. A damaged septum can also lead to obstructed breathing and problems with appearance.

Mr Saleh offers corrective surgery to the nasal bones and the septum, both for new injuries and historic injuries, re-fracturing and resetting the bones, where necessary.
