Practising in London, Berks and Bucks, Caroline Mills is one of only a few female Consultant Facial Surgeons in the UK. She specialises in surgery of the face, neck and jaw and has special interests in facial cosmetic surgery, orthognathic jaw and chin surgery, facial trauma, secondary surgery for patients with cleft lip and palate, and female feminisation surgery (FFS). She also provides a range of non-surgical cosmetic injectable treatments to complement her surgical practice.

Miss Caroline Mills, FDS, FRCS (Eng & Ed), FRCS (OMFS),originally trained in Dentistry at The University of Birmingham and then undertook a Medical degree at The University of Southampton before obtaining the FRCS in Surgery in General.
Her higher specialist training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery was undertaken in London at St Georges Hospital, University College Hospital, Great Ormond Street Hospital and North West London Hospitals. She is on the specialist register for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
After completing advanced surgical training Miss Mills undertook Fellowships in Craniofacial surgery at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children and in Cosmetic Surgery at the Institute of Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery at The West London Clinic under cosmetic surgeons, Mr Dai Davies, Mr Nick Percival and Mr Jan Stanek.
Miss Mills has private clinics in Central London and in Berkshire and South Buckinghamshire. She also holds a substantive NHS Consultant post which is based between Northwick Park and Wexham Park Hospitals in Northwest London.

She holds the general FRCS (Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons) as well as the FRCS (OMFS), the specialist FRCS exam for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, has undertaken nine years of training in Head and Neck Surgery as well as having undertaken fellowships in Craniofacial Surgery and Cosmetic Surgery. She has undertaken over 3000 facial plastic surgery procedures and is a trainer for non-surgical treatments having trained over 200 doctors and dentists in these techniques.
