Some men do not have any symptoms with early prostate cancer – many have symptoms and signs that we normally call from prostatism - they have slow urinary flow, frequency, difficult in starting, difficulty in holding their bladder overnight. This is not always indicative of a cancer.
All men as they get older will tend to get prostatic symptoms – and these are part and parcel of ageing – the ageing process of a man.
However they can produce cancer and this may be the type of symptoms that brings the cancer patient to the doctor.
