Consultant Gynaecologist

Anthony Abbas is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with a special interest in fetal medicine (care of the unborn child).

Dr Abbas works as a Consultant at Queen Mary's NHS Trust and Harris Birthright, Kings College Hospital, London. He trained as an obstetrician and gynaecologist at Kings College and St Mary’s Hospital, London. He undertook his research in fetal medicine at Harris Birthright Research Centre, Kings College Hospital, London.

He specialises in pre-natal screening and the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities, he also performs a wide range of invasive procedures including CVS (Chorionic Villus Sampling) and amniocentesis.
