Treatments at the hospital include, Hip replacement, Knee replacement, Cosmetic surgery, Cataract removal, Hernia repair, Varicose vein surgery, Hysterectomy, Prostate surgery, Endoscopy, Arthroscopy.

In addition, we have a dedicated two bedded high dependency unit for patients who need to be monitored more closely. A daycase lounge with reclining chairs offers comfortable accommodation for patients who have undergone more minor procedures, and do not require a bed during their short stay with us. Each room has its own telephone, TV and radio as well as comfortable facilities for your visitors.

Clinical Services:
Over 70 consultants support the hospital across more than 20 specialities from Anaesthetics to Urology.The Consultants have access to 7 private consulting rooms for outpatient appointments. The Outpatients department is also equipped with two dedicated treatment rooms where minor surgical procedures can be performed.

New Hall Hospital has three fully equipped operating theatres, two of which have laminar flow air systems, making them particularly suitable for Orthopaedic Surgery. Patients are also admitted for minor operations and endoscopies.

Diagnostic facilities include state of the art Ultrasound and MRI scanning facilities. A Nuchal Scanning service is offered twice weekly, and two Vascular Technologists visit on a regular basis to perform highly specialised vascular and arterial scans. Our pathology service is provided by the fully accredited departments at the local NHS Trust.

Treatment Facilities include an on site physiotherapy department with chartered physiotherapists and fully equipped gymnasium. Appointments can be offered early in the mornings, and later in the evenings to accommodate the needs of our patients who are working.

Your care and comfort are the highest priority for our consultants and nursing staff, who offer the highest standards of clinical and personal care. The Hospital also provides 24 hour clinical thorough our Resident Medical Officer who is always on site. Our commitment to these standards has been recognised through independent audits by the Healthcare Commission.
