Ambition 24Direct can help you at home with all the nursing support and care you need for your child - whether you require the expertise of a qualified nurse or just an extra pair of hands to assist with personal care and domestic tasks.
Ambition 24Direct has experience with a range of conditions - such as autistic spectrum; brain injuries; cerebral palsy; challenging behaviour; learning difficulties; sensory impairment; spinal injuries; substance abuse; terminal illness and physical disabilities.
Detox
Patients receiving treatment for alcohol or substance abuse can now choose treatment at home, with medical supervision from homecare staff at Ambition 24Direct. The nursing agency’s detoxification support is often a practical alternative to a residential stay. It is a nationwide UK service, with the option of 24-hours a day or less frequent support, as you choose.
Eating Disorders
Specialist nurses and care workers with experience in the field of eating disorders can help with home care support and treatment for patients of all ages and varying conditions. Ambition 24Direct is experienced in implementing hospital plans and working together with other health care organisations, professionals, and families alike.
Mental Health
Specialist nurses and support workers from Ambition 24Direct are trained and experienced in dealing with mental health issues for people of all age groups and backgrounds. Care and medication plans are developed and maintained in coordination with medical practitioners, social services, Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) and other relevant organisations. The goal is to ensure each person’s individual medical and rehabilitation needs are fully met.
Older People
By providing the best possible quality of care at home, Ambition 24Direct can enable older people to live a fuller and more independent life, free to make their own life-style choices day-to-day. Geriatric homecare for the elderly in many instances provides a practical alternative to residential care.
Ambition 24Direct can ensure a high standard of support and companionship in the comfort of the senior citizen’s own home. Whether help is required for just a few hours each day or full time live-in care, overnight if necessary, Ambition 24Direct provides trained and qualified nurses and carers to meet your needs.
Oncology Care
Ambition 24Direct provides 24-7 home support, including live-in care, for patients of all ages who are undergoing cancer treatment. Specialist nurses and carers will help patients and their families with their medical and care needs, in liaison with the GP and other health care providers. A national and international service is available.
Rehabilitation
To assist rehabilitation after a stay in hospital, and to ensure a speedy return home, Ambition 24Direct can often help to facilitate an earlier discharge date by putting care in place. This can be by prior agreement directly with your GP or hospital consultant, as you choose. This support enables patients to recuperate in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

What does it cost?
Service fees are on an hourly basis for the provision of an experienced Care Assistant. Qualified Nurses with a range of specialisations can also be provided. The total cost of the Care Plan will relate to such issues as the frequency and duration of care, the type of care required - whether by a qualified nurse or care assistant - and whether care is provide during the day, at night or over weekends.
For a fee of £121.26 you can be provided with an initial assessment and quotation for the cost of the proposed care plan. The fee for the initial assessment is for the cost of a visit to the home, care assessment and development of a Care Plan by a qualified nurse. There is no further obligation to purchase.
Cancellation: the service can be cancelled at any time by giving at least 24 hours notice by phone.
