A convenient and simple process
At interview, candidate basic details are added by a manager:
- Surname
- First Name
- DOB
- Proposed job
This creates an Employee File on the system
The Candidate is issued with a single use, unique ID and password with full clear instructions on how to complete the questionnaire and a consent form to sign.
The employer either provides a private room with PC linked directly to the Helix site. In this way the candidate is able to complete the on-line questionnaire and submit in confidence to Helix immediately after the interview.
Or the candidate follows the instructions from their home PC and submits the necessary details at their own convenience
Additional details about the proposed job can be added by the employer or a full job description uploaded/attached at the touch of a button.
A Helix Occupational Health Adviser reviews employer and candidate entries and enters the progress, outcome or any further actions. Clinical notes and details of conversations with the candidate are recorded but not visible to the employer. The progress (e.g. awaiting consent form) and status are visible to the employer.
Once the final outcome is available the status is changed to “Completed” and the employer can view, print and save to file as required.
