Is the service confidential?
Under the requirements of UK Data Protection laws, the service and results provided by properly accredited companies are confidential. All adult parties who have submitted a sample for analysis should receive a copy of the report but results will not passed on to any third parties unless you specifically request that. In order to further protect confidentiality you should not expect to be able to discuss results of tests over the telephone.
