The Queen Square Imaging Centre (QSIC), in central London, are experts in scans of the brain and spine and offers a same day MRI scan service. independent examination or as part of their full stroke work-up.

State of the art MRI scanner at the Queen Square Imaging Centre
The state of the art GE 1.5T Discovery 450 scanner, installed in September 2009, has enabled the centre to produce highly detailed images of a quality comparable to a 3T scanner.
With improving scan times and continuous equipment upgrades which occur throughout the year, the centre is at the forefront of MRI provision.
The Queen Square Imaging Centre is also able to scan patients following most surgical procedures, including many who may be excluded at 3T or elsewhere.
