Mrs Lee, aged 46, from Hampshire suffered with persistent dental abscesses and over the years had lost a number of her teeth but the type of advanced dentistry she required wasn’t available under the NHS. She considered the cost of private treatment in the UK but found that it was too expensive - the quote was nearly £15,000.
