HOMETRUTHS provides free confidential support, information and advocacy to anyone over 16, living in Swindon and Wiltshire experiencing domestic violence and abuse, including stalking and harassment. Staff are trained IDVA's (Independent Domestic Violence Advocates) who offer 1:1 support and group work to promote safety, reduce risk and enable individuals to make choices to regain control over their lives. In the UK 1:4 women and 1:6 men will experience domestic abuse at sometime in their lives. HOMETRUTHS provides individual support, facilitates the Freedom Programme; NewBeginnings and offers training and consultancy
