Mr Thomas a full time consultant orthopaedic surgeon in the Cardiff and Vale NHS. As a consultant, Mr Thomas has an active trauma commitment, which includes treating patients with the type of problems included in personal injury reports.
Mr Thomas has received formal training in report writing and courtroom skills and has given evidence on numerous occasions in both civil and criminal courts
Mr Thomas has obtained the Expert Witness Certificate, which is a diploma from Cardiff University organised by Bond Solon (CUBS certificate).
Having completed training for preparation of clinical/medical negligence cases Mr Thomas is able to provide reports on all subjects related to his main area of expertise – hip surgery, paediatric orthopaedics and general trauma.
