Health insurer WPA has launched its nationwide recruitment campaign and is looking for 20 franchisees who will treat customers fairly in accordance with the WPA culture.
An insurer within the private client, small and large corporate markets for over 100 years, WPA has earned a reputation as a provider of excellent customer service for 300,000 customers.
Working alongside other franchisees, the new franchisees will help to promote the company's ethos on exemplary customer care and will act as the local face of WPA within their territories.
New franchisees attend the initial one-week residential training course, which covers the range of WPA products through to sales and networking skills and developing the first year's plan.
WPA has a very well established support programme for its franchisees, including regular meetings and training, dedicated helpdesks at head office, a two year on the ground mentoring programme and a regional office, all provided at no extra charge to the franchisee.
To motivate franchisees WPA offers a range of monthly, quarterly, bi annual and annual incentives to work towards.
Franchise costs are £7,500 plus a £2,000 fidelity bond.
WPA has run a self-employed sales force for over 11 years with more than 100 sales agents distributed across the UK. In January 2006, the company transformed the sales team into individual franchise businesses.
