Westfield Health has launched a range of online services and initiatives for customers.
All policyholders on Westfield’s Advantage, Good4you, Foresight and Chamber health cash plans can now view their benefit balances, previous claims and make general amendments to their accounts simply by visiting the My Westfield area of the website.
Westfield Health’s Jill Davies explains, “Information and communication technology is one area where constant investment is required to keep pace with the changing demands of our customers. We focus in areas that benefit customers and help to reduce costs together with improving efficiency and service levels. We aim to make it as easy as possible for customers to join, manage their plan and claim their benefits. Customers can now opt to do all these things online.”
A special offer is available to new customers who join the Good4you Plan online. This offer waives the usual qualifying period, enabling new policyholders to start claiming their benefits as soon as their cover is in place.
The Good4you Plan provides cash back, up to set limits, towards the cost of everyday healthcare, such as dental treatment, eye care, physiotherapy and chiropody. The plan also provides access to a confidential freephone 24-hour counselling and advice line, and a 24-hour GP telephone consultation service.
