Westfield Health has continued its digital drive by launching version two of its successful iPhone application.
The new version of the app, which is available for free through Apple´s App Store, is cleaner and easier to use and now enables customers to view available balances and recent claims for any dependants.
Paul Shires of Westfield says, "We have over a third of a million customers, a significant proportion are accessing their information through smartphones and iPhones in particular. The new version of the app shows real consideration for the way people expect information to be delivered. The ability to access account balances in real time allows each policyholder to budget for their healthcare while they are on the move."
