Sporting ambassadors promote health and insurance

St Helens full back Paul Wellens has joined an elite line-up of engage Super League players to become an ‘engage with your health’ ambassador.

Super League title sponsor, engage Mutual Assurance, is using the launch of their health cash plan product to raise awareness of healthy living to fans, and have enlisted an all star squad to promote the benefits.

The ‘engage with your health’ ambassadors will offer health and fitness tips to fans as part of the ongoing activity.

As the official provider of health cash plans to the Rugby Football League, the partnership will see engage working with clubs, getting tips and advice from players, and offering exclusive money can’t buy competitions for fans.

Paul Wellens says: “It is great to be working with engage to promote the importance of a healthy lifestyle to the supporters. At a time when everyone is feeling the pinch it’s still vitally important to consider looking after your future health. engage Super League is a perfect way to illustrate health and well-being. As players, we are put to the test each week and physical fitness, and health and well being plays a vital role – so it is great to be able to play my part in helping the fans.”

engage Mutual has a new Health Cash Plan that offers money back on dental, optical and other healthcare treatments.
