Property and good manners - the British legacy
A new report from LV=, says that property and money are the assets that people most want to pass down to their children.
Good manners, good behaviour and good values are the traits that people would most like their family to inherit, with good values proving to be the characteristic most would like to be remembered for. These attributes are also the ones that most believe were passed onto them by their parents, grandparent or family. Money management skills were listed as the fifth most important attribute to pass on to family members.
