UK and US regulators sign agreement

The Financial Services Authority has signed a memorandum of understanding with the new US Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. The agreement will enable better exchange of information between the regulators on firms and individuals under common supervision. It will also help collaboration on investigations and enforcement and sharing of regulatory techniques and tools.
