Capita Group has bought the National Dental Plan (NDP) group of companies.
NDP is a provider of corporate dental plans. London-based NDP designs, distributes and arranges underwriting for the administration of dental insurance policies. It employs 20 people and has over 300 corporate customers representing 120,000 insured members.
