International travel insurer Mondial Assistance is expanding into the employee benefits market. Mondial Travel Select is for the flexible benefit market.
Ben Smart of Mondial comments, “We have created a tailor made service with the flexible benefit market in mind. Travel Select is a complete one stop solution.”
Cover can be tailored to the needs of individual staff and includes activities such as scuba diving, golf and work travel as standard. It allows staff to opt in and out of non-core cover levels such as winter sports. Staff can select cover levels up or down to reflect lifestyle changes.
