AXA reduces prices

Ahead of expected intense competition from PruProtect, AXA has lead what many other insurers are expected to do publicly or

Just over half of all prices are reduced.

The average reduction is 3.5%.

The products affected are

Level Life Cover
Decreasing Life Cover
Guaranteed Level Life or Earlier Critical Illness Cover
Guaranteed Decreasing Life or Earlier Critical Illness Cover.

Twenty year old male smokers will see some of the biggest benefits, as their payments for level life cover will fall 17%, from £15.99 to £13.33.
